Nsafero is not a taxi or ride-hailing service

Nsafero is for shared inter-city trips that Trip Hosts already plan to make. Trip Hosts share their available seats with Travelers going the same way, and Travelers contribute to shared travel costs.

What Nsafero does not provide

• Taxi dispatch
• On-demand transport
• Professional driver marketplace
• Uber-like ride-hailing
• Private driver ordering
• Commercial transport service

Expectations for Trip Hosts

Trip Hosts should not use Nsafero to operate like a taxi or professional transport provider. Shared Trips should reflect trips the Trip Host was already planning to take, with available seats offered to trusted Travelers.

Moderation

Admins and moderators may review and remove Shared Trips that look suspiciously commercial, taxi-like, or unsafe. This helps keep Nsafero a trusted community for genuine shared inter-city travel.
