Platform purpose

Nsafero is a Morocco-focused shared-trip platform that helps people already traveling between cities share available seats and split travel costs. Nsafero is not a taxi, ride-hailing, or professional transport service.

User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate profile information.
  • Treat other users with respect.
  • Do not misuse the platform for commercial or taxi-like purposes.

Trip Host responsibilities

  • Offer seats only for trips you already plan to take.
  • Keep Shared Trip information accurate and up to date.
  • Accept only the number of Travelers you can safely host.
  • Cancel the Shared Trip if your plans change.

Traveler responsibilities

  • Check the Shared Trip details before requesting a seat.
  • Cancel your Seat Request if you can no longer travel.
  • Respect women-only Shared Trip rules.

Cost Contribution

The Cost Contribution helps share travel costs such as fuel and road costs. It is not a professional transport fare. Nsafero V1 does not process payments — Cost Contribution is handled directly between Trip Host and Traveler.

Safety Cases and moderation

Users can open Safety Cases to report concerns. Admins and moderators review reports, may take moderation actions, and keep internal notes private. User-visible updates may be shown in My Safety Cases.

Prohibited behavior

  • Fake profiles
  • Harassment
  • Scams
  • Unsafe behavior
  • Taxi-like or commercial transport behavior
  • Misuse of women-only Shared Trips
  • Wrong or misleading Shared Trip information

Account suspension or ban

Nsafero may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited behavior. Suspended or banned users are blocked from core actions such as offering seats or requesting seats.

Not taxi / not ride-hailing

Nsafero is not a taxi, ride-hailing, on-demand transport, or professional driver marketplace. Trip Hosts should not use Nsafero to operate like a taxi or commercial transport provider.

Limitation placeholder

Nsafero is provided on an "as is" basis. Specific limitations of liability will be defined in the final legal version of these Terms.

These Terms of Use must be reviewed and finalized by a qualified legal professional before Nsafero is launched publicly.
